The Center for Spiritual
Awareness (CSA) Boston is an affiliate of the Center for Spiritual
Awareness (CSA) with its world headquarters located in Lakemont,
Georgia. We provide instructions in the meditation and spiritual
awareness techniques. The meditation is an ancient science that
has helped millions of people across the globe to lead a more creative
and fulfilled life. When we combine yoga postures, meditation, and
spiritual practices, we have a road map that guides us towards our
spiritual destiny of awakening in God. We invite you to browse this
site, learn about various practices, and use them to experience
joy, fulfillment, and spiritual awakening.
Subhash Mahajan, the director
of the CSA Boston. He is an ordained minister and offers meditation
and spiritual awareness classes in the Boston area. He has studied
with Roy Eugene Davis, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda
for many years. Roy Eugene Davis is Director of the Center for Spiritual
Awareness (CSA). There are many CSA centers and meditation groups
in several north american locations and other countries.
Paramahansa Yogananda came
to United States in 1920 to show the parallel between hindu philosophy
and christian mysticism and teach the science of Kriya yoga. He
showed people simple but scientific methods that can be used to
realize our deep innate potential, experience greater clarity, awaken
to the divinity within, and thus fulfill our mission in life.
Our purpose here is to share
with you what is most useful and helpful towards the inner quest
for spiritual fulfillment and balanced living. On this site you
will find articles describing some of the practices, references
to the books and publications, information about the CSA meditation
groups, and links to the related web resources.
Here are some quotes from the
writings of Paramahansa Yogananda:
"Everything in life
can wait, but our search for God must begin now."
"Tune in with me, and
you will tune in with God."
"For all those who
think me near, I will stoop down from heaven to reveal to them the
love of my Father."
"When a man lifts one
arm towards God, God pulls him with thousand arms."
